The Daily Care for PKD Patients

As for the exercise, they can choose Yoga, jogging, and so on, which is slow and moderate and do good to enhancing the immune ability of PKD patients.
Fourthly, stop smoking and drinking alcohol, both of which can increase the growth of the cysts. In addition, they should not have too spicy food and sea food, both of which can also stimulate the growth of the cysts as well. They can not eat animal’s internal organs especially liver for in the slaughter, many toxins remain in the liver due to liver’s discharging toxins function. If PKD patients have more liver, it will worsen the condition.
At last, they should have more food rich in vitamin, and iron such as fruits and vegetables. PKD patients can also have more basic food.
