To solve the problem, we should firstly figure out what is Minimal Change
Kidney Disease, prognosis, how western medicine treat it and what’s the latest
treatment in our hospital.
1.Pathological level:
Minimal change is the first level of IgA Nephropathy, according to
histological classification method of WHO. In this level, glomeruli are normal
under the light microscopy and only a few parts appear to have slight broadening
of mesangial area, with or without mesangial cells' proliferation.
2. Prognosis:
If not treated well and timely, minimal change kidney disease will develop
into the second level: mild change. More than half of the glomeruli appear
normal and only a small part are found to have changes like mesangial cells'
proliferation, glomerular sclerosis and adhension, etc.
3. Western medicine
In western countries, hormone and immunosuppressive agents are applied in
clinic, which can control the symptoms for the time being. However, infection
and other factors can lead to the recurrence of minimal change kidney disease,
which makes patients feel headache and want to seek a much better treatment.
4. Chinese remedy
Chinese remedy becomes more and more popular both in China and abroad for it
has no side effect as well as can repair the damaged cells and tissues in the
kidney. After years of trial and error, an advanced kind is created, which is
called Chinese Medicine. It is abstracted from natural herbs, which can treat
minimal change not just relieving symptoms. In addition, after application of
Chinese Medicine, the immune ability will increase accordingly, thus preventing
the recurrence of minimal change symptoms. Generally, after osmosis, patients
will feel warm especially in the center of foot and hand. They even sweat. All
of these are good signal, which proves that after osmosis, the blood circulation
in the whole body, especially the micro-circulation is improved. In this case,
herbs will take effect and dissolve the thrombosis, thus repairing damaged cells
and increasing immune ability.
