One of my patients Mr Smith from England told me that he is on dialysis. 15
years ago, he was diagnosed with Diabetes. He is under dialysis three times
every week and the serum ceratinine still keeps at 1008 umol/L. What’s worse,
the blood sugar is high, and he also has severe anemia.
He looses confidence on how to decrease the frequency of dialysis. I asked
him how long he adopted dialysis and the amount of urine in 24 hours. He said
dialysis begins half a year ago and the urine with 24 hours is only 100ml.
I said urine indicates hope. As long as there is urine, it means that
medicine can arrive in the kidney through blood circulation. Then, we can extend
blood vessels and then repair the damaged intrinsic cells and differentiate the
necrotic cells as well as increasing the immune ability. To achieve this, we
mainly use Chinese Medicine and stem cell transplant.
Firstly, I point out that in the first treatment course, patients should also
take dialysis, which assists the treatment and can help clear the toxins so as
to create a cleaner inner environment.
Next, after patients are discharged in our hospital, they will receive
Chinese Medicine every day. Chinese Medicine has the following therapeutic
effects: it can promote blood circulation, thus improving the native cells
insufficiency of blood and oxygen. Next, it can dissolve the stasis, so that the
burden of the kidney will be not so heavy. In addition, through the above two
procedures, Chinese Medicine can repair the damaged cells, and revive kidney
function.
Then, however, as for the necrotic cells or when the condition of the patient
is severe, stem cell transplant will be applied in our hospital to make up. Stem
cell transplant is an advanced research field which can solve many refractory
diseases. It can renew itself, and regenerate, which can supplement Chinese
Medicine. In a word, the combination of stem cell transplant and Chinese
Medicine can make a perfect therapy.
As for my patients Mr Smith from England, he can also receive the above
mentioned therapy, among which, stem cell transplant can also repair the damaged
pancrease beta cells.
