How to Treat Lupus Nephritis with Stem Cell Therapy

Lupus is an autoimmune disease and immune complex deposition on kidney leads to kidney damage. Kidney damage will seduce excessive immune response within kidney itself, which causes pathological changes and excessive producing of extracellular matrix. The above procedure finally leads to glomerular sclerosis and kidney fibrosis.
Routine treatments focus on alleviating the excessive immune response within kidney by immunosuppressive medicines. But that is not enough. Treating Lupus Nephritis, two aspects should be achieved at the same time. One is reducing lupus factor within blood and rectify dysfunction in immunity, and the second one is to promote overall kidney function.
So, We mainly adopt the Chinese Medicine, immunoadsorption technics, stem cell therapy and T-reg cell therapy which are based on patient's specific condition. First, immunoadsorption technics and Chinese herbal medicine are used to clear away lupus factor in blood, the herbal osmotherapy promotes blood supply to kidney cells and degrades matrixes to create a good environment for damaged cells' self-repairing. Secondly, T-reg therapy is immune rectifying therapy and it mainly focus on rectifying the disorder in immunity. Stem cells can differentiate into kidney functional cells. Stem cells are initial cells with strong self-renewing and multi-differentiation abilities. They are infused into human body through intravenous injection, and then stem cells will transfer into the kidney lesions by auto-homing function. Stem cells can adjust the immune disorder by repairing the damaged glomeruli and by generating into new renal intrinsic cells to replace the scarred ones.
Stem cell therapy is especially suitable for those autoimmune diseases such as lupus nephritis.
