I have IgA Nephropathy. Recently, I am diagnosed more protein being out
through urine. Is it serious? How does it come out?
IgA Nephropathy is a term on the basis of renal biopsy, which tells us that
there are IgA (mainly) and other immune complex depositing in the renal
glomerular mesengial area. As we know, there should not exist such things in
kidney. So after the deposition, immune reaction will take place, which lead to
inflammation. The inflammation lasts, which will lead to damaged cells in the
kidney. Moreover, long time inflammation will also lead to the following
symptoms for the renal mesengial cells are damaged such as hematuria,
proteinuria, high blood pressure, etc.
So from the above, we can get a conclusion that if we want to stop the
protein being out though urine or stop proteinuria, we should stop the immune
reaction. In many western countries, hormone and immunosuppressive agents are
applied, which can inhibit the immune reaction for the time being. The
disadvantage is that they can not clear away the immune complex on the renal
glomerular mesengial area, thus stopping immune reaction fundamentally.
On the basis of this, in our Hospital, after more than 20 years’ research,
immunotherapy is created, which is a combination therapy of Chinese medicine and
western medicine. It also contains stem cells as well as Chinese Medicine. The
advantage of Chinese Medicine is that it can help clear away the immune complex
which deposits onto the kidney, the renal glomerular mesengial area, thus
treating IgA Nephropathy fundamentally.
After the immune complex is cleared away, the active materials in Chinese
Medicine can repair the damaged renal mesengial cells, thus rebuilding renal
structure. In addition, it can also increase the immunity as well as the stem
cell can do, both of which can solving the protein in urine from root.
