IgA Nephropathy, Protien in Urine +3, Creatinine 3.9

Patients: Hello, doctor. I am diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy and the protien in urine is +3. What’s worse, the creatinine is 3.9. I need your suggestion.
Doctor: firstly, please don’t worry. We will spare no effort to help you. According to what you describe, we can get a conclusion that you have got into renal failure stage of chronic kidney disease. And please tell me what the treatment you are under.
Patients: I just use some western medicines, the effect of which is not so satisfactory. So I want to know whether there is a good therapy in China.
Doctor: Yes. You are lucky to have chance to treat the IgA Nephropathy in Chinese medicine, which can treat it fundamentally. Chinese medicines are from Chinese herbs or animals in nature. So compared with western medicine, it has little side effect. In addition, after years of trial and error, Chinese doctors improved this therapy and create a more advanced and convenient one, which is called Chinese Medicine. After it enters the renal area, it can take effects by repairing the damaged intrinsic cells, thus rebuilding normal renal structure and reviving the renal function.
Patients: Sounds good, doctor. I want to know how Chinese Medicine stops the protein from leaking out.
Doctor: Well. I will explain it for you. And after my explanation, you will also understand why proteins will not occur after Chinese Medicine in contrast to some western medicine. In renal glomeruli, there is filtration barrier. And in each glomeruli, there is also basilar membrane, in which, there are pores. Through these pores, small molecules can pass through such as creatinine and in other words, bigger ones such as proteins can not pass through. So when kidney is damaged, for example, when patients are suffering from IgA Nephropathy, intrinsic cells will be damaged and accordingly, basilar membrane will be damaged. If the pores become bigger, proteins will also leak out. So in this case, we use Chinese Medicine to repair it.
