Renal insufficiency causes?

Renal insufficiency causes? Some say renal insufficiency must be confirmed through renal biopsy, but generally do not do renal biopsy, because renal biopsy to confirm the diagnosis of renal insufficiency, no meaning. Generally experienced doctors through symptoms, test results and past medical history can determine the cause of renal dysfunction. Kidney hospital experts have warned that patients with renal insufficiency should avoid doing renal biopsy, expensive and suffer, for this point, the patient must pay attention.

So, the common causes of renal dysfunction, what does?

Renal diseases: such as systemic blood circulation disorders (shock, heart failure, hypertension), systemic metabolic disorders (such as diabetes), and urinary tract disorders (urinary tract stones, tumor compression) and so on.

Kidney disease: such as acute, chronic glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, renal tuberculosis, chemical poisons and biological poison-induced acute tubular degeneration, necrosis, kidney tumors, and congenital kidney disease.

Know the cause of renal insufficiency, in our daily lives should pay attention to avoid aggravating factors which led to the disease. Normal life, diet, prevention of colds, infections.

In accordance with the etiology of acute renal failure is divided into the following five clinical types:

1 shock, acute renal failure: a variety of causes of shock can lead to acute renal failure. Common cause of bleeding, water and electrolyte imbalance, such as cardiac and circulatory failure.

2 infection acute renal failure: bacteria, viruses, fungi infection can be complicated by acute renal failure. Easy to cause acute renal failure viral infections are viral pneumonia, encephalitis, hepatitis and hemorrhagic fever. Gram-negative bacterial infections, especially infections likely to cause acute renal failure.

3 extruded acute renal failure: It is caused due to severe crush injuries. Its risk factors and clinical process is extremely complicated. It is a common and important type.

4 Hemolysis acute renal failure: a blood transfusion does not fit, lose a lot of old blood, mechanical hemolysis can be complicated by acute renal failure. Main principle is that the incidence of disseminated intravascular coagulation.

5 poisoning, acute renal failure: acute renal failure caused by many different types of poisons, can be summarized into the following four categories: ① heavy metal compounds such as mercury. ② organic compounds such as DDT, dichlorvos and so on. ③ biological poisons such as snake venom and mushroom. ④ nephrotoxic drugs such as renal toxicity of antibiotics. Pathogenesis: Acute renal failure, renal microcirculation, renal ischemia, and disseminated intravascular coagulation are the three aspects of pathogenesis.
